What is Sumi paper?
Sumi paper is very similar to Lokta paper. It is fibrous and made from bamboo pulp. It absorbs ink well, so is traditionally used for Chinese calligraphy. This Sumi paper is pressed using tiny flakes of gold leaf, making it exceptionally special to work with. It can take skill to make such a drawing on it as the paper is incredibly thin.

Finished with 3d texture paint, recycled plastic gems and glitter glue
