Postage outside the Uk
All international orders are all posted with tracking and insurance. This is to ensure no loss of the item in transit. I will ship items untracked at your discretion, however I will not be able to issue any refunds or replacements for damaged or lost items that are untracked. I can however offer a refund if an item is returned back to me. (All items are shipped with a return address incase of attempted delivery or unclaimed at destination address.)
Untracked postage can often take 5-10 working days depending on customs clearance but can sometimes take longer depending on weather, holidays/unforeseen delays. etc. All postage will be returned to me after 21 days of being unclaimed in the destination country.
Postage within the UK
Orders within the UK will be posted first class, or can be shipped via special delivery (next day) if applied at checkout. Due to the recent postage changes, any items of value over £25 will automatically be sent special delivery
Due to recent changes, I am no longer able to ship any items to South Africa and Germany.
